  20. Well when I'm just sick of being cold, I sit on the ledge on my tub and run hot water on my legs and feet. It really does the trick.

I also make sure I have a project going to keep me distracted, and I have a lot of story and dance time with my toddler.

  29. My Winter Blues have been beaten, by my change on perspective in life. My Grandfather is in ICU, and sitting by his bed side, I look at every thing he loves to do and it brings a smile to my face. He is doing better and has been talking in his sleep tonight about wanting to go home and do the yard lol. So I think when I get back home I will draw on his passion to sew up some new items for everyone. :)
